Mother Arrested For Abandoning 2 Year Old At Market

Police have arrested a woman who they say intentionally abandoned her 2-year-old daughter at a market in California.

The woman was identified as 31-year-old Chiengkham Vilaysane on Tuesday. She was arrested.
